About Family United
Our Story
Our owner, Kayundra Foster, took a leap of faith and opened Family United in 2013. Passionate about serving senior citizens, and individuals with disabilities, she felt called to create an environment for them that felt warm, and nurturing.
On top of having a heart for people, Kayundra is also a talented and experienced professional. She received her MA in Gerontology from Lindenwood University, and has been dedicated to the health care field for 10+ years.
As a wife and mother herself, Kayundra truly believes in the value of family. Family United was birthed with this in mind, to become an extended family clients and their loved ones can trust.
Our Staff
At Family United we believe the best care is delivered by individuals who are passionate about their jobs. Therefore our team is made up dedicated of RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and other health care professionals.
All staff members are required to undergo an intensive training process, background screenings,a review of company policies and procedure manual. Continuing to educate our staff throughout their employment, we take pride in having qualified, well informed team members.
Our staff members have a heart to serve, and are devoted to assisting you in the planning of your loved ones health care needs, while maintaining family unity.
